What.👀
We initially ran into problems using the app - Didn't know how to quickly find the specific course details.
Why.❓
There was no guide to the app, so it was difficult to get users up and the learnability is not good.
Goal.🚩
We used the HTA method to structure and analyse the entire process of finding a course location and wanted to create a clear and convenient experience for all student users.
